Previously, she has garned a vast array of legal as well as social work experience from diversified legal internships to pro bono work for surrounding her college.

Her area of expertise extends to laws namely The Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, Maharashtra Apartment Ownership Act, 1970, The Transfer of Property Act 1882, Indian Stamp Act, 1899 along with drafting and vetting various transaction documents namely Leave and License Agreement for commercial as well as residential properties, Sale Deeds, Conveyance Deeds, Development Management Agreement; carrying out due diligence of the property/land; researching on legal points that arise during the transactions etc."

"Khushwant Pawar is practicing Advocate. Formerly worked with PNB Housing Finance Ltd., a leading housing finance company as a MT- Internal Legal Counsel. He has completed his post graduation in Laws from Tata Institute of Social Science, Mumbai and Government Law College, Mumbai is his alma mater.His key area includes dealing with title due diligence including inspection and verification of title documents of the property inclusive of revenue records, land records, mutations entries, title deeds, other related property documents.He has authored Dissertation on "Affirmative Action: Current Reservation Policy and Alternative Model", which is a part of TISS online catalogue."
