"Utkarsha Nikam is a strong professional graduated from Government Law College, Mumbai and is presently working with the Real Estate Team of Kanga & Company, Mumbai.

Previously, she has garned a vast array of legal as well as social work experience from diversified legal internships to pro bono work for surrounding her college.

Her area of expertise extends to laws namely The Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, Maharashtra Apartment Ownership Act, 1970, The Transfer of Property Act 1882, Indian Stamp Act, 1899 along with drafting and vetting various transaction documents namely Leave and License Agreement for commercial as well as residential properties, Sale Deeds, Conveyance Deeds, Development Management Agreement; carrying out due diligence of the property/land; researching on legal points that arise during the transactions etc."
